Emma Lee Bunton was born on January 21, 1976. The day she came out her parents knew she was
destined for stardom At the age of three years she won a beauty contest and was soon working as a child model. She modeled
children's clothing and appeared in TV commercials.
When she was still young she took dance, ballet and tap classes. When she was ten, Emma was accepted to the Sylvia
Young stage school in London. She was always performing for her little friends and loved to play-act. As
with the other Spice Girls, Emma's idol is Madonna and as a child she would dress up like her and
pretend to be her singing her favorite songs.
Her dream was to be a dancer, but a back injury at 14 caused her to give it up and pursue
an acting career.
Emma was the last Spice Girl to join the group. It was her big break. But knowing that Spice Girls
won't last forever, she is already thinking a head about what do do with her share of the money. She plans to
giving lessongive lessons in her own dancing school.
